CODE OF ETHICS
We will always explain exactly what repairs are required, and why, before we proceed with the work. In addition, when the work is done we will explain ALL charges thoroughly.
The service advisor and technician assigned to your vehicle will gladly be available to answer any questions you may have.

THE FIRST VISIT
On your first visit, we will ask for your permission to perform a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper Vehicle Inspection so we can discuss with you exactly what repairs and maintenance are required to put your vehicle in top shape. You can then decide what you want to have repaired and when.
We maintain a history file on your vehicle to keep track of every repair performed as well as outstanding repairs from that point forward. We will agree on and establish regular service maintenance intervals based on your personal driving habits.
SERVICE REMINDERS
We let you know when it's time for scheduled service maintenance and what you can expect based on the information in your vehicle file.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle and we will never do any repairs without your authorization. Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it out to insure your total satisfaction with the service performed. All estimates are conducted in accordance with our strict code of ethics.
VEHICLE REPAIR AND SERVICE HISTORY
We offer and will provide upon request a complete Vehicle History Report summarizing all repair and maintenance items performed on your vehicle, in addition to date, mileage and associated charges.

SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS
All service recommendations are categorized into one of three conditions:
LABOR CHARGES
Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates. The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referencing an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package menu price.
PARTS
We use only high quality parts backed by the manufacturer's warranty. If requested, we will make available your replaced parts.
GUARANTEE
All parts and labor are guaranteed for a least 24 months or 24,000 miles from the initial service date, unless otherwise stated on your invoice and not to exceed manufacturers warranty.
